New Calendar Service, When I Work Eases Staff Scheduling

The ever-helpful LifeHacks blog profiles a handy new productivity web app that makes it easy to schedule shifts for your employees.

The app takes some of the headaches that managers experience with scheduling by factoring in requests for time off, availability changes and conflicts. There’s even a feature called ShiftReplace that, when someone drops out of their shift on short notice, allows you to notify all staff who can take over for them, allowing them to claim the shift by text message if they want it.
