Refusal to Change Original Idea: It has become yet another startup cliche that “execution is more important than ideas”, even one I’ve repeated on this site. But I witnessed many founders who were simply too attached to their original idea. You should be obsessed with your company’s mission, but willing to change your company’s approach given new data or circumstances.
